RMDC Area IV Agency on Aging-ADRC-Bozeman services include: Information, Assistance and Referral Services (I&A); Ombudsman Services.

I& A staff help senior citizens and adults with disabilities access the information and services they need to live independently and with dignity. They link seniors and older adults with disabilities, their caregivers and family members to community health, transportation, in-home assistance, medical, and legal resources. SHIP Counselors offer benefits counseling to empower Medicare beneficiaries to make informed decisions. As an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), we offer options counseling, using a facilitated decision-support process to help individuals achieve their long-term care planning goals. Our certified Ombudsmen advocate for quality care and living conditions for residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Ombudsmen respond to complaints and concerns from residents, working to resolve issues with those involved. Ombudsman services are provided in Gallatin and Park.
